Peer Preview Process
Some policies in the review of TALENOVA: Journal of Talent and Innovation:
- Initially, editors review submitted articles to ensure compliance with the journal's writing guidelines. Articles failing to meet these criteria may be declined at this stage
- Accepted articles proceed to independent reviewers, experts inpertinent fields unrelated to the authors or the journal. Their expertise ensures thorough assessment and enhances the scholarly merit of the articles.
- Upon approval, selected articles are incorporated into the relevant journal edition, extending accessibility to the wider academic community due to its open-access nature.
